a leading public listed bank in Indonesia has moved more than 5,000 employees across its regions and branches onto entomo, replacing a performance process that ran on paper and spreadsheets.
the bank's problem was not measurement so much as circulation. goals were set, reviewed and filed in formats that could not be aggregated, which meant the organisation could not see whether individual and team goals actually laddered up to its own.
entomo implemented a balanced scorecard and a 360-degree performance application across corporate banking, consumer banking and the support and back-office functions, and stood up a strategic performance management office to run the cycle end to end.
adoption reached 91% within two months of go-live. for a change of this kind that number is the result worth reporting: a digital performance process that most of the workforce ignores produces cleaner filing and nothing else.
