Forrester TEI: a Middle East government entity

a commissioned Total Economic Impact study of the platform across a government organisation and its entities.

21 pages · 25 min read ·

KPISOFT, now entomo, commissioned Forrester Consulting to examine the return on investment enterprises may realise by deploying the platform. Forrester interviewed a government user rolling the platform out across multiple entities.

Before the rollout, performance management differed from entity to entity. A legacy enterprise resource planning tool was in place, but limited functionality and a poor experience kept adoption low.

Forrester found total benefits of $26,751,994 over three years, a net present value of $13,556,566, a return on investment of 103%, and payback in under three months.

what the study found

  • performance management productivity gains for managers of $2,819,251, a 90% improvement in appraisal review
  • performance management productivity gains for employees of $12,530,006, a 75% improvement
  • cost savings of $11,296,058 from retiring the legacy solution
  • a return on investment of 103%, with payback in under three months
