iCE Consulting Co., Ltd., in collaboration with entomo Labs Sdn Bhd from Malaysia, has established a joint venture named iCE entomo Co., Ltd. to provide the People Experience Platform aimed at enhancing holistic employee care for businesses in Thailand. The signing ceremony took place at iCE Consulting's office in Thailand, with Mr. Somchai Mekasuvanroj, a company director, Ms. Kanjana Limpunyalert, CEO of iCE Consulting Co., Ltd., Mr. Ravee Ramamoothie, Founder, entomo and Ms. Kavitha Venkatachalam, CEO of entomo PX , in attendance.

Mr. Somchai stated that, with over 27 years of experience as a digital and technology consultant for leading organizations in Thailand, iCE Consulting understands and values the importance of every individual within an organization. Employees are critical drivers of development, helping organizations navigate change and overcome new challenges to survive and grow sustainably. He noted that, in today’s world, most organizations have adopted a hybrid workforce model, which includes both in-office and remote employees.
