Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Team Lead this position provides UI/UX Developer to create amazing user interface and experience. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artistic design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Building customized enhancements to the existing SaaS product.

• Interact with peer team members and identify work tasks to pick-up.

• Ability to collaborate closely with Business, Sales, Product and development team.

• Evaluate and set current trends and best practices in application design.

• Build Proof of Concepts and wireframes.

• Fast paced environment – should be open and willing to learn.

• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams.

• Should have very strong object-oriented design skills and understanding of well-engineered design.

• Collaborate on scenarios, end-to-end experiences, and screen designs.

• For freshers – basics of HTML, CSS

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Skills

• Experience in designing interfaces using the latest HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and Ionic.

• Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Sketch and prototyping tools.

• Javascript and Angular is a plus.

• Up-to-date knowledge in the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies.

• Strong Knowledge in Visual design, Mobile app, Responsive design, Front end development.

• In-depth understanding of UI; understanding latest designs and technology trends and their role in a commercial environment.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions with the engineering teams.

• Ability to work in a team environment, meet the design requirements to integrating code with the back-end development team.

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

• A willingness to rapidly wireframe and prototype ideas.
