We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Workforce Transformation Analysts to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about HR Technology, Enterprise SaaS, Business Consulting, and Customer Success.
As a Workforce Transformation Analyst, you will support solution consulting and implementation activities by understanding customer requirements, assisting in solution design, participating in SaaS implementations, and helping customers successfully adopt entomo's platform.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in customer discovery sessions to understand business requirements.
Assist in solution consulting, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
Gather and document business requirements and process workflows.
Support SaaS implementation activities including configuration, testing, UAT, training, and go-live.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Solutions teams.
Support customer onboarding, adoption, and issue resolution.
Prepare project documentation, status reports, and implementation deliverables.
Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good presentation and documentation skills.
Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to learn HR Technology and Enterprise SaaS solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience
0–1 year of experience.
Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR Tech, SaaS, Business Analysis, Consulting, or Customer Success are preferred.
Language Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Native language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) based on the hiring location is mandatory.
Training & Travel Requirement
As part of the onboarding process, selected candidates will undergo a 4–6 weeks training program in India to gain hands-on experience with entomo's products, implementation methodology, and workforce transformation solutions.
Therefore, candidates must:
Be willing to travel to India for the mandatory training program upon joining.
Hold a valid passport at the time of joining.
Be available to travel as per the organization's training schedule.
Note: The organization will facilitate the required visa, travel, accommodation, and other arrangements for the training program.
