Product Designer

Technical Specification

• You have 3+ years of experience designing with a product team.

• You love the detailed intricacies of UX/UI design and implementation, and you love getting your work out to customers.

• You know how to design for complex systems with application across a scaling organization.

• You have experience with Foundation-type projects, which may include identity design (roles, permissions, authentication), Internationalization, notifications, dashboards, integrations, or you have been part of a Foundation team in the past.

• You’re a great communicator and collaborator. You thrive on close collaboration with cross-functional product and engineering partners, but also take responsibility and ownership over the execution of your work.

• You’re clear and concise in explaining your thought process and in enumerating the tradeoffs made in your work.

• You work well with other designers and care about contributing to and supporting a wider design team.

Responsibilities

• You'll collaborate closely with design, engineering and product on the core pieces of the product owned by our Foundation team (navigation, dashboards, etc.).

• You'll lead Foundation design projects and execution across our engineering, product and design organization.

• You’ll work closely with other design colleagues to ensure the quality of what we ship to customers is the highest possible.

• You’ll make contributions to our design team practices, identifying and evangelizing improvements to our team output, including advancing our visual and interaction design execution.

• You'll socialize and elevate the role of design within the Foundation team and the broader company.

• You'll embody our team values and execute our design principles.
